However, we understand that despite the best efforts, there may be times when expectations don’t align. That’s why we have a clear and fair return policy to support you.

🕒 Return Window

We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item.

Please note: Returns initiated after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted.

We are committed to transparency and fairness. Here are the conditions under which items cannot be returned:

Garments made according to your personal measurements or custom design preferences are not eligible for return.

However, our relationship doesn’t end there — if you’re not satisfied with your custom piece, we encourage you to reach out. We’ll do our best to work with you to adjust or improve your experience.

📏 Incorrect Measurements Provided by the Customer

If the measurements you provided during the order process are incorrect, we cannot offer a return.

That said, we believe in solutions. If this happens, contact us and we’ll explore ways to resolve the issue — whether it's guiding local adjustments or other possible fixes.

📩 How to Request a Return

If your item is eligible for return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@mercitrends.com with the subject: Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber].
  2. Include the following in your message:
    • Full Name
    • Order Number
    • Reason for Return
    • Photos of the item (if applicable)
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

🔁 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault from our end (e.g., wrong product or damaged item).

Please ensure the item is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
